For engines the filter is being installed as a by-pass, so it doesn't interfere with the normal oil circulation in the engine. Driven by the oil pressure the oil slowly flows through the Trabold filter being purified and cooled.
At the same time the Trabold filter is pressure resistant. It is "dense" and the flow of the oil is "slow" to an extend, that the level of oil pressure in the engine is being maintained. For the above reasons it is impossible that a properly installed and maintained filter could have negative effects on the engine. Even in the "worst case" with the filter being blocked, the engine still has its standard lubrication - just as if the filter wasn't there at all...
The Trabold filter is available in three standard sizes. For greater oil circuits and volumes several filters can be installed in a parallel set. If they are installed with appropriate valves the filter inserts can be changed even while the engine is running.
For industrial applications from mining industry to production
Especially in industrial plants and machinery lubricating oils, hydraulic oils and other oil circuits are often exposed to extreme requirements.
For most applications we are able to offer a tailor-made system with appropriate capacities.
We supply mobile filter stations, stationary filter stations, passive systems, aktive systems with filtration pump and hydraulic filter systems with or without pressure reduction.
Individual specification according to your requirements and parameters (oil volume, throughput, pressure, temperature range etc.) allowes us to design very cost efficient systems with appropriate values. In most cases in which the oil filter system makes sense, the return on investment comes within a short period of time due to cumulative savings not only on oil but also on maintainance.
For hydraulic systems and transformers
Working with hydraulics even smallest impurities and foreign particles can cause costly failures, defects or damages and high repair costs. Trabold filters effectively prevent such cases and therefore often instantly create a very high return on investment.
Isolation oils in electrical transformers are being purified so they don't have to be changed.
